Farmers’ Intervention Project 2025

Over two days, Rasad trained 500 cocoa farmers across Ayetoro and Imeko — part of more than 2,000 farmers trained to date. Sessions covered EUDR compliance, sustainable farming practice, traceability and farm mapping, and waste upcycling in cocoa production. Farmers also received field inputs, and farms were mapped to guide further support. Across the programme, 60% of trained farmers have seen yields rise by up to 20%, with income to match.

Delivered with Sahel Capital (through the SEFAA technical assistance facility), the ARA Foundation and implementation partner MSME Growth and Support Lab.
