Our ground
The work starts in Ayetoro.
Rasad grew from a small cocoa storage facility into an origin business built around buying, handling and preparing crop in Nigeria.
01 / A place
Ayetoro came first.
The business began here in 1997 as an extension of the Adeagbo family cocoa trade. The point is not nostalgia. It is proximity. Buying relationships and operating knowledge were built in the place where the crop changed hands.

02 / A network
Crop moves through people.
Farmers grow it. Licensed buying agents aggregate it. Field and hub teams receive it. Rasad’s job is to keep responsibility clear as the crop moves.
The network is commercial, not decorative. Each handover needs a named party, a physical lot and a record.
03 / A record
Origin must survive aggregation.
As bags become lots, Rasad keeps the records that connect crop back to supplier and farm. The company has mapped over 30,000 hectares of farmland, with more to come, and that mapping underpins its EUDR-compliant supply. Farm mapping and intake records continue to grow with each season.
04 / A handover
Nigeria to the international market.
Rasad prepares supply at origin. Axias Global manages the international commercial leg. Buyers contract with Axias. Farmers and buying agents speak with Rasad.
