What happens next

The concern is received and registered.

Receipt is normally acknowledged within 48 hours. Urgent serious matters are prioritised sooner where practicable.

The matter is assessed and assigned. A conflicted person cannot control the investigation.

Evidence is reviewed and findings are recorded.

Actions, outcomes and follow-up are tracked. An escalation or appeal route remains available.
Confidentiality
Information is shared only with people who have a legitimate need to know, subject to law and a fair investigation.
No retaliation
Threats, intimidation or reprisals against a good-faith reporter are themselves reportable concerns.
External remedies
Using this process does not remove access to lawful regulatory, judicial or dispute-resolution routes.
